Christ, our Passover lamb, has been sacrificed. Therefore let us keep the Festival, not with the old bread leavened with malice and wickedness, but with the unleavened bread of sincerity and truth.

Collective communion with Christ is sacred. We cannot keep his Remembrance with a good conscience if we continue to practice sinful or un-Christ-like behaviour. Disciples of Christ must be honest about their motives. Our service will only be acceptable to God if our behaviour is governed by Bible-based truth.
