“… prepare to meet your God”
Amos 4:12
Charles Spurgeon, the great 19th century Baptist preacher, observed that before Adam sinned, he loved to meet God and spend time in his company.
Those who’ve trusted Jesus as Saviour, love to spend time in his presence and look forward to the day when they will physically meet him at his return.
For those who live without God, the thought of meeting him is one of fear and dread.
