“Go home to your own people and tell them how much the Lord has done for you, and how he has had mercy on you.” So the man went away and began to tell in the Decapolis how much Jesus had done for him. And all the people were amazed.

Mark 5:19-20

When Jesus healed people, he often told them not to tell anyone. This time it was different. Legion was a Gentile and Jesus gave him a special mission. He was to tell everyone. Sometime later, Jesus was again in Decapolis and over 4,000 people travelled many miles to a remote place bringing their sick to Jesus. (Mk.8:1-10) And Jesus healed and fed them. I wonder how many were there because of what Legion had told them?
