This is a great comfort to the bereaved, whose loved one has perhaps suffered grievously from illness or injury. The body that will be is going to be like the glorious body of our Lord. In that coming day of resurrection, Christ the Creator will himself transform those sad remains (Phil.3:21). Where all the damage was done, he will bring transformation into something more glorious altogether.
