“May the Lord be a true and faithful witness against us if we do not act in accordance with everything the Lord your God sends you to tell us. Whether it is favourable or unfavourable, we will obey the Lord our God, to whom we are sending you, so that it will go well with us.”
Jeremiah 42:5-6
Good or bad we will obey his voice. How the Lord loves to see his children walking in obedience to his word. To obey is better than sacrifice, and to heed is better than the fat of rams. (1 Sam.15:22) Listening always proceeds obedience. We must listen to the word of God and to those who teach sound words to help us on the road of obedience.
