Our heavenly Father gives us the Holy Spirit when we put our faith in the Lord Jesus. The Holy Spirit is a deposit guaranteeing our inheritance until the redemption of those who are God’s possession – to the praise of his glory. (Eph.1:14) Even in bad days or dark days we can rest assured that God is always with us because of the gift of his Spirit.
