What an incentive to our Christian service as we appreciate the truth of Paul’s words that we will be working with the Lord! Mark describes a similar scenario in the closing verse of his Gospel, they went out and preached everywhere, while the Lord worked with them and confirmed the message by accompanying signs. (16:20) It’s his work, he sets the agenda, and we are invited to join him in advancing it. What an amazing privilege!
