Because you are his sons, God sent the Spirit of his Son into our hearts, the Spirit who calls out, “Abba, Father.”

Do we as believers feel the burden of living up to being sons of God? We are greatly helped by turning to him with childlike trust and appeal in prayer, using the child’s word ‘Abba’ (the common Israelite’s Aramaic like Dad) that at once engages our heavenly Father on our side.
