We preach Christ crucified: a stumbling block to Jews and foolishness to Gentiles, but to those whom God has called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God and the wisdom of God.

A crucified Messiah! God’s way of salvation – through faith in his beloved Son, who offered himself as a sacrifice to God for our sins – does not appeal to the natural mind,
nor does it appeal to human pride. Only those who respond to God’s call, discover the life-giving power that comes from our risen Lord.
