They will beat their swords into ploughshares and their spears into pruning hooks. Nation will not take up sword against nation, nor will they train for war anymore.

Jesus, the Son of God, will reign over this world for a thousand years as King of Kings and Lord of Lords. His reign will be characterised by such peace and prosperity that there will be no more wars, no more need for armies of soldiers, no more wanton destruction and killing. The manufacture of agricultural tools will replace the weapons of war. How wonderful that time will be!
