When Moses’ hands grew tired, they took a stone and put it under him and he sat on it. Aaron and Hur held his hands up … so that his hands remained steady till sunset.

Even a great man like Moses, got tired and needed a helping hand on occasions! So do we at times. Are we willing to help those who are finding things a bit of a struggle? Are we ready to put into effect Paul’s words to the Galatians and bear one another’s burdens (6:2)? How rewarding to realise that when we do that, we fulfil the law of Christ.
