“You know that after two days the Passover is coming, and the Son of Man will be delivered up to be crucified.”

In just 2 days, his hour would come. The disciples knew it would soon be the Passover again, but only our Lord knew its particular significance this time: “I have eagerly desired to keep this Passover with you before I suffer” (Lk.22:15). One final opportunity to share this precious, God instituted Feast with his closest disciples, before his horrendous suffering, meant a great deal to our Lord. Do we eagerly desire to keep the Remembrance today? It may be our last opportunity to do so before he comes!
