Since ancient times no-one has heard, no ear has perceived, no eye has seen any God besides you, who acts on behalf of those who wait for him.
Isaiah 64:4
What a great and wonderful God we have, whom we cannot comprehend or fathom, yet Isaiah promises our God acts for those who wait for him. He will hear our cries and know our cause and he will bring about his intervening act in his own time … but we are to wait. Those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. (Is. 40:31)
