But as for me, I watch in hope for the LORD,
I wait for God my Saviour;

We have a choice.
We can live like the Israelites in the time of Micah, disobedient, wilful, rebellious and turning their backs on God. Or we can embrace the hope we have as God’s blood-bought people. We can watch. We can wait. We can pray, for we know that our God will hear us.
But as for me, I wait for God my Saviour.
