In Lystra there sat a man who was lame. … He listened to Paul as he was speaking. Paul looked directly at him, saw that he had faith to be healed and called out, “Stand up on your feet!” At that, the man jumped up and began to walk.

Acts 14:8-10

The man was a paraplegic from birth. He was convinced by Paul’s preaching and believed God could heal him. Paul, who had absolute faith in the power of the living God, was the conduit through which God accomplished this miracle.

Thy power and grace are still the same, Let endless praise exalt Thy name.
