Then Pharaoh’s daughter went down to the Nile to bathe … She saw the basket among the reeds … opened it and saw the baby. He was crying, and she felt sorry for him. “This is one of the Hebrew babies,” she said.

Exodus 2:5-6

God preserved the child who would lead his people out of Egypt.
He opened the heart of the princess to the crying baby.
He provided that his own mother would care for him until Moses could be educated in the palace, despite royal policy against Hebrew males.
God has a plan for our lives too, which we will discover if, like Moses’ family, we trust and obey our God.
